 As a Client of ATOM Education we offer you a service of quality and integrity. We value the importance of your Education Staffing Recruitment and provide a service to source the right solutions against your Permanent Education Staffing, Long Term and Contract Education Staffing Requirements.
ATOM Education will demonstrate how we provide value for money against your recruitment budget. Whilst other companies could be using charges of 17.5%, 20% or even higher (% of Candidate's annual salary + VAT) regardless of whether you require the Candidate on a permanent basis or not, we offer choice and affordability.
The Fee payable by the Client to ATOM Education is on a No Placement No Fee Basis. All of our search and selection services are free for a Client to utilise, right through to the final interview stages. We will provide List 99, Full Enhanced CRB Disclosure, Work History and Referencing Verification.
The charge which is applied for the introduction of a Candidate who subsequently accepts a permanent appointment (12 Months or More) is 14% + VAT of the appointed Candidate's Annual Remuneration, unless agreed otherwise.
ATOM Education provides extra peace of mind and security for our Clients by only charging 50% of the agreed Fee on the start date for each appointed Candidate. The remaining balance is then only invoiced once the Candidate has successfully completed a 3 Months Probationary Period.
Fees can also be calculated via our 5% + VAT Per Term option. Please refer to our Terms of Business Section for further details.
We are also providers of the Platinum Membership, which enables Clients to make further savings when looking to recruit and advertise for future staff members. Each successful referral (minimum of one Candidate placed via ATOM Education) generates a £500.00 credit from us, and we do not set a limit on the amount of recommendations you may like to make.
