Platinum Membership is an upgrade against our Standard Membership Products. We believe it is unique to ATOM Education and the Education Staffing Recruitment Industry. It is an annual membership designed to help Clients reduce their Recruitment and Advertising Costs. Platinum Membership offers budgetary savings and an alternative to escalating Agency Fees incurred from 'Long Term Supply' Staffing arrangements or paying excessive 'Introduction Rates' for Permanent or Contractual Staff Members. Why Should we join? In becoming a Platinum Member each Permanent Education Staffing Requirement (One Full Academic Year Or More) which is sourced by ATOM Education is invoiced at a fixed rate of 13% (+ VAT - % based on Candidate's Annual Salary). This is a reduction against our Standard Permanent Placement Fee which is 16% (+ VAT). We will continue to provide the option to recruit Education Staffing from ATOM Education for a Term at a time at just 7% (+ VAT). The Platinum Membership will help Clients who find themselves in a situation where they are unable to source a Permanent Staffing Member(s) and use a 'long-term supply' arrangement(s) to provide cover. This could prove to be an expensive drain on a budget(s) as a Client continues to pay up to a £1000.00 + VAT (or more) Per Week, Per Supply Staff Member. We will work with your finance department via our No Placement No Fee Products to help reduce these costs by sourcing alternative solutions and alleviate the pressures being applied to your staffing budget(s). In doing so the net effect will be to not only save money but also generate greater staffing stability. Will you advertise for us? Yes, an added benefit for our Platinum Members is assistance with advertising. We will help a Client to reduce costs by providing free standard advertising solutions. If a Client requests enhanced branded advertising (showing Client details) this service can be provided, however this would be under the agreement of recruitment exclusivity for the particular role(s) in question. How much will the Platinum Membership Cost? The joining fee for the 1st Year of Membership is £5,500.00 (+ VAT) Per Client. Each subsequent year of membership will generate a reduction of 10% per Year against the sign up fee. If a Client is multi -sited if may be deemed necessary to take up additional memberships at more than one site. The Platinum Membership is designed as a 'Win Win' Product for our Clients - the signing up fee is to purely act as a Credit Balance System enabling access to the preferential rate for all Placements at 13% (+ VAT). Will we still receive an invoice for each placement? Each Placement arranged by ATOM Education would still generate an invoice, but this would be produced against your Credit Balance and you would receive a full statement, highlighting how much of your Credit has been used and the remaining Balance. Can we cancel our Membership? Yes. The Platinum Membership is a Credit Balance arrangement and a Client is able to close their membership at any time during or after the 12 Month Membership Period. All monies owed to the Client, including VAT, would be returned. What happens if we go over our Credit Balance? If a Client goes beyond their Credit Balance within a 12 Month Membership Period, standard invoicing would apply, with payment terms of within 30 days. A reminder and statement will be sent to each Client as they come towards the end of their membership year, highlighting the remaining Balance (if any) and instructions on how to renew membership or request that the Balance + VAT be returned. or call 01296 420394. The Platinum Membership Pack you will be sent contains copies of the Platinum Membership Terms of Business / Application Form. The application will need to be completed by the Client and returned to ATOM Education. Upon receipt of your Membership Application you will be invoiced the sign up fee to activate your Credit Account.
